Ordering from our website
A step-by-step guide to ordering from the H.Bradshaw’s Limited website.
Find a product
Type a keyword in the search box on the left of each page or browse the product range by clicking on the different product group buttons.
Read all about it
Read up about the product you have selected. Check it’s indications, instructions for use, benefits, price and pack size.
Click the “Add to Shopping Basket” link to add the item to your shopping basket. If you change your mind, you can always remove it later. A page will load displaying all the items currently in your shopping basket. You can select more products if you like by clicking on the “Continue Shopping?” link, or if you’re ready to check out, click the “Continue to secure checkout” link.
Create/access your shopping account
Fill in your details and create a shopping account with H.Bradshaw’s Limited. Your information will be saved so that next time you shop, all your details will be filled in for you. If you are a returning shopper, you can login straightaway with your email and password.
Double-check the current items in your basket
Double-check your shopping basket contents one last time and continue to the secure checkout.
Make your purchase
Check your order details. Choose a delivery option. Enter your payment details. We welcome these payment options (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard). Tell us where to deliver it. Click the “Submit Order” button to complete your transaction.
We’ll send you an e-mail confirming your order. This will list the products you have ordered, their price breakdowns, delivery charges, an order number and all the details you will need in case you need to contact us regarding your order.
As a valued customer of H Bradshaw’s Ltd, if you aren’t entirely satisfied with your order then you are entitled to return the order and receive a full refund. This will include the minimum costs of shipping the order to you. You must notify firstname.lastname@example.org of your wish to apply for a refund for any items up to 14 calendar days after they receive the item from us. As the customer, it is your responsibility to cover the cost of returning the item to us. The parcel must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery.
We would urge customers to please note that we cannot accept returns of the following items:
*Products that you have started to use
Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to take all reasonable care of any items to be returned, including their packaging, up until the time we receive them back from them. We advise all customers to send return items by recorded post and retain proof of postage. Without this proof of postage and if we do not receive the item, no refund will be given. Any damage will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money paid.
If a received item is faulty, H Bradshaw’s Ltd will send a pre-paid envelope for the customer to return the faulty item and upon inspection we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, according to their wishes.
If an item arrives damaged this will need to be reported to email@example.com as soon as possible. We will request photos of the damaged goods. If we do not receive photographic evidence of the damaged goods then we will be unable to issue a replacement or refund.
- Bradshaw’s Ltd will not consider an order lost until 7 days after despatch. If customers have not received their order within 7 days of being notified of despatch then we request that they please contact us on Katie@hbradshaws.co.uk so that we can investigate.
We are happy to accept orders from outside of the United Kingdom. Please place your order normally, choosing the “Orders from outside of the UK” delivery option and our sales team will contact you to discuss the fee for international carriage. Your card will NOT be debitted until you have agreed upon the delivery charge.
